不需預(yù)熱、非侵入式無(wú)創(chuàng)大小鼠血壓儀

 
全球開(kāi)創(chuàng)非侵入性、非預(yù)熱加溫的大小鼠無(wú)創(chuàng)血壓儀,不同于傳統(tǒng)的大小鼠無(wú)創(chuàng)血壓儀,在室溫23℃以上就可以自然地量測(cè)老鼠的子血壓,很適合用來(lái)調(diào)查**對(duì)動(dòng)物的影響,一旦動(dòng)物在Holder內(nèi)有安置好,則只要按下 START鍵,則HR (Heart Rate), SBP (Systolic BP), MBP (Mean BP) and DBP (Diastolic BP, calculated value)就可以自動(dòng)測(cè)量到。


特色:

1. 一般很難量到血壓的colored mice (如 C57 BL/6),倉(cāng)鼠(麻醉)及天竺鼠(無(wú)麻醉),使用
 
  Muromachi MK-2000ST都可以測(cè)得到其血壓。

2. 初生鼠(小到 1.4g)~成鼠(1kg)都可以測(cè)到其血壓。

3. 測(cè)量老鼠尾部血壓不需再加熱,室溫23°C以上即可。

4. 操作簡(jiǎn)單,可設(shè)定手動(dòng)或自動(dòng)連續(xù)測(cè)量。

5. 測(cè)量時(shí)顯示脈波圖,測(cè)量結(jié)果數(shù)字顯示:收縮壓、平均血壓、舒張壓及心跳。
